📦 1. Return Eligibility

Aap return tab kar sakte hain jab:

✔ Product damage, defective, ya incorrect item ho
✔ Product description se match na karta ho

❌ Return eligible nahi hoga jab:

✘ Customer ne product ko intentionally damage kiya ho
✘ Product ki original packaging missing ho
✘ Product use ho chuka ho ya tampered ho

Return request ko within 7 days ke andar submit karna zaroori hai order receive karne ke baad.

📅 2. Return Process

Return karne ke liye:

  1. Humein 7 days ke andar contact karein:

  2. Humein problem batayein (photo ya video proof attach karein agar possible ho)

  3. Approval milne ke baad hum aapko return instructions bhejenge

Note: Return shipping charges normally customer ki responsibility hotay hain, jab tak ke item defective ya wrong ho.

💰 3. Refund Policy

✔ Agar return approved hota hai, to hum refund initiate karenge
✔ Refund normally tab hota hai jab hum replacement provide nahi kar sakte
✔ Refund method wahin hoga jisse aapne payment kiya tha

💡 Refund process complete hone mein 5–10 business days lag sakte hain, depending on bank/payment provider.

🔁 4. Replacement

Agar product defective ya wrong item hua hai, to hum replacement offer karte hain (stock available ho to). Replacement cost same hogi, aur shipping charges refund/adjustment policy ke mutabiq decide hotay hain.
